Pasta Primavera

I had nothing on mind when my daughter and I had a snack at Le Coeur de France. I opted to just order what I am familiar with - pasta primavera. It was good. It did not disappoint. Creamy. When in doubt or there's nothing particular on mind, go for the usual, the standard.

Today's theme for photo hunt is anything "creamy". Food is what I have on mind. I had a craving for the following dishes as I was browsing on my food pictures.


Baked mussels in rich melted cheese

Pasta in creamy mushroon sauce

Chocolate cake with creamy caramel drizzles
It's Father's Day tomorrow. These could what I will be ordering for our dinner. :)

Eggs, Mine and His

My husband and I usually have the same choice from the breakfast buffet even if there are several food served on the table. More often than not, the difference would be the eggs and bacon. My husband loves bacon whereas I am not a fan. He loves sunny side up, I want scrambled eggs. He's always the one to get a plate of sliced fruits for us.

Dinner, Quick!

I always think of shrimp if I want a delicious dinner but quick to prepare. I usually marinate shrimps with soda (Orange or Sprite) before I heat them in cooking oil. This time I just mixed them with garlic, onions, a dash of salt and steamed them in medium heat. Smells great and really yummy!

My husband loves shrimps dipped in vinegar with red hot chili peppers. My daughter and I love the taste of shrimps with its natural juice, no dip needed.
